Lithium Fire Blanket
A lithium fire blanket is the simplest, safest, and most effective way to block fires in lithium batteries – such as in e-scooters, e-bikes, and open battery fires.
Lithium battery fires don’t respond to traditional fire extinguishers, which makes even small lithium battery fires extremely dangerous. The Lithium Fire Blanket blocks the fire from a burning lithium battery safely for hours.
The Lithium Fire Blanket is ideal for car manufacturers, industries involving lithium batteries, recycling stations, auto repair and other workshops.
Note: the Lithium Fire Blanket is best suited for open battery fires (not in vehicle). It is stiffer and more robust than it’s sister, the Extreme Fire Blanket, but does not isolate smoke. We always recommend using the Fork Lift Truck 5 x 5m Fire Blanket in addition, to isolate toxic gas and smoke.
