In the last 18 months, EINTAC have completed some very interesting projects for many prestigious UK, European and US companies.
Here are a few examples of how EINTAC have helped clients:
A UK company designing and building an electric aircraft were advised that they needed to equip their workshop with PPE, insulated tools, signs and barriers etc to make their build and testing procedures (on and off site) safe. EINTAC were called upon to advise on the layout of their new work space and to make recommendations on signage and access etc. After that we supplied two extensive insulated tool sets: one was an EINTAC ‘Platinum’ kit in a 7-draw cabinet that would stay in their workshop. The other was our ‘Silver’ kit, supplied in a transport/carry case that they would use externally for site testing and maintenance.
The European headquarters of a major Japanese car manufacturer contacted EINTAC as they were looking for a supplier of PPE, tools and safety signs. Their range of electric vehicles was due for launch in a few months time and they required their entire European Dealer network to be ready with the appropriate equipment to be able to work safely. EINTAC provided extensive help and advice to this client and then went on to win the supply contract. The equipment provided was all branded with the vehicle manufacturers name/logo.
One large, renowned UK research facility used EINTAC’s expertise to: i) Develop and compile new operating procedures and associated documentation/manuals, ii) Establish minimum levels of PPE, tooling and lockout equipment for their Staff, Students and Visitors. Iii) Supply all of the equipment that they needed and finally iv) Assisted with the preparation of their new HSE policy document.
Numerous Universities and Colleges have used EINTAC’s experienced Trainers to conduct training courses at their establishments. These range from job specific/operational training, to ‘Train the Trainer’ courses which then allows the client to educate their colleagues or Students.
Helped a large UK University introduce safe working practises for an electric vehicle battery destructive testing program. Our services included help, advice and the supply of PPE and insulated tooling.
EINTAC provided PPE and tooling to a UK company who process hazardous waste, including Lithium batteries. The company’s procedures were already well established and robust, therefore our role was simply equipment supply.
