New from Total Lockout is this innovative multi-use, safety lockout device used for locking out electrical isolation port/socket on electric and hybrid vehicles.

Also known as the Manual Service Disconnect (MSD).

Features and benefits:

  • Universal device fits all isolation ports
  • Accepts any padlock up to 6.5mm dia shackle – PADLOCK NOT INCLUDED
  • Can be fitted without the use of any tools.
  • Device grips the side wall of the isolation port & locked in place with safety padlock.
  • Device prevents workers fingers coming in to contact with live electrical terminals.
  • Made from Glass Filled Acetyl
  • The purpose of removing is to protect the technician when carrying out certain tasks as well as protect the vehicle and vehicle ECU’s etc.

Port Lockout Device

This innovative multi-use, safety lockout device used for locking out electrical fuse holders, sometimes referred to as Red Spot Fuses.

  • One size of device suits all fuse holders up to 100amp (20amp, 32amp, 63amp and 100amp)
  • Accepts any padlock up to 5mm dia shackle (3/16″) – PADLOCK NOT INCLUDED
  • Can be fitted without the use of any tools.
  • Device grips the side wall of the fuse holder & locked in place with safety padlock.
  • Device prevents workers fingers coming in to contact with live electrical terminals.
  • Made from Glass Filled Acetyl
  • Compact design with limited overhang of the fuse carrier mean electrical cubicle door can be closed.
