About this Course
This TÜV Rheinland course has been written in accordance with the latest German / DGUV guidelines. Automotive technicians working on high voltage electrical systems should have extensive knowledge and specialized training. In this course, you will learn the hazards surrounding EHV‘s, preparing a vehicle to carry out repairs and EHV vehicle system components and its operation/function.
The content of this course enables the candidate to learn about:
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Methods to minimise risk and/or damage
- Identifying suitable sources of technical information
- Using the information obtained
- Appropriate tools and equipment for the task
- Correct procedures
- Identifying correct procedures then disconnecting components
- Demonstrating the correct methods to reset vehicle systems post-repair
- Completing work/repair records accurately for any future reference

- Prices are excl VAT.
- Mileage will be charged at £0.45/mile / €0.55/mile / $0.60/mile from the trainers location (Pricing may differ for training outside of the UK).
- A hotel, evening meal and breakfast cost may be charged at £180/night / €210/night / $230/night depending on location.
- A subsistence (snacks, drinks, toll charges, etc) cost may be charged at £30/night / €35/night / $40/night depending on location.
- We will require full payment in advance to secure your requested training date.
- If you can no longer make the arranged training date, we’ll move your course to another date.
- EINTAC’s Trainer will normally travel to the training in their own Electric or Hybrid Vehicle, so this can be used for the course. Therefore, if you do not have access to such a vehicle at your site/location, this is not a problem. However, there may be rare occasions when that vehicle is unavailable, for example when that vehicle is due a service etc. If this situation does occur, it shall be the customers responsibility to provide a suitable alternative vehicle for the training. EINTAC are happy to help with your selection of that vehicle.
